The LIMITLOAD integrated meter has 4 Relay outputs. R1 and R2 are used to signal overload and are set to operate simultaneuosly providing extra security in case of possible switch failure. R3 is set to funtion as slack rope detection. R4 is available for other functions. These can be easliy adjusted via the front panel by authorised personel. Adjustment can be password controlled if necessary.
The readout can be set to indicate the percentage load on the rope or calibrated to indicate the load being lifted. However the unit is not intended as a complete weighing system.
Together with the LC loadcell the complete package complies with the requirements of BS EN12077-2 & BS EN13849-2
